The House that Rockne Built empty no more, Full capacity for upcoming season.

Today was my first day back to work in 6 days after getting married, I opened my laptop to over 200 new emails. The day ahead looked like a long grind until I opened twitter and saw the above tweet. WHAT A DAY! Notre Dame Stadium will be full for the home opener on September 11th vs mighty Toledo. In the article full capacity is the only thing that is a go right now, Athletic Director Jack Swarbrick said “In addition to a full capacity crowd, we are optimistic that conditions will allow us to resume outdoor game-day traditions, such as tailgating, football player walk, Midnight Drummers Circle and Football Fridays at the Eck,”

So if things keep trending in the right direction, Irish fans will get to tailgate too. I can smell the grills already! From tailgating to step off to “HERE COME THE IRISH” game days in South Bend are outstanding and I can not wait to get back. Things are starting to get back to normal and I for one am loving it . With me starting this blog during the pandemic with zero change to get to a game I am excited to see what different types of blogs and content come from being at a game rather than watching from home. It will be great to see Notre Dame Stadium packed with home games vs Toledo, Purdue, Cincinnati, USC, UNC, Navy, And Georgia Tech. GO IRSH!
